Common Questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Frame64 converts, resizes, and compares images locally in your browser. Images are not uploaded to a conversion server.
What can I do without paying?
The free version converts one image at a time, up to 5 MB, with unlimited basic exports and no email required. Batch conversion, PDF pages, saved recipes, and developer packages need an active trial or paid plan. See the plans.
How does the 14-day trial work?
The trial begins when you confirm your email through ExtensionPay, not when you install the extension. It includes every Pro feature until it ends.
Why does Frame64 ask for these permissions?
Clipboard access lets you paste images or Base64 and copy results. Storage keeps your settings, presets, and recipes in your browser, and unlimited storage lets larger local workspaces save reliably. The context menu lets you send an image from a web page to Frame64.
The result looks worse than the original. What can I change?
Raise the quality setting, choose PNG or WebP for images with sharp edges or text, or turn on Preserve original when the format and size already match. Use the comparison view to check the result before you copy it.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled. In Frame64, choose Manage Account to update or cancel your plan through ExtensionPay, or email support and we will help.
